Santa & Cie - Making Of

I was very lucky to be part of the great Matte Painting & Environment Team at Mikros Image France, who was tasked to create the Champs-Elysées sequence in french director Alain Chabat's Film "Santa & Cie", in 2017. It was a amazing project and I was lucky to share it with really talented artists and friends.
We tried to find the best possible way of building a fully customizable CG version of the famous parisian street. We ended up using Clarisse IFX, a great software offering us many tools to succeed in this huge and heavy project.
I was personally tasked to create the main road's pavement and asphalt, road markings, road props, some sidewalk props, and some of the multiple buildings scattered on both sides of the street.
